• Tenants can be linked to a property via a tenant account on the app
• An in-app chat facilitates conversation between the landlord and tenant where issues with the properties can be discussed

Rent reminders
• Landlords are able to activate push notifications that will be sent to their devices 3 days before rent for a property is due

Repair tickets
• Tenants are able to notify landlords of repairs required by sending in-app repair tickets
• Repair tickets include details of the repairs required as well as tenant availability
• Landlords are able to share the details in the repair tickets externally with third-party contractors

Property inspector
• Landlords are able to conduct and detail an inspection of their property in-app
• A PDF report of the inspection details can be previewed and exported, with an option to include e-signatures
